We are a performance engine parts, piston conrod and manufacturer specialising in forged and billet pistons and forged H Section conrods, Steel and Alloy Flywheels, Valve components and Performance Camshafts suitable for the most demanding applications for vintage historic, race, rally, motorcycle, marine and aviation engines.
We use bespoke tooling to produce pistons in 4032 & 2618 T6 Aluminium & 4340 steel in our conrods.
Pistons and rods can be reverse engineered from samples or from drawings, either 2D or 3D CAD models supplied by client or we can design and manufacture your ultimate piston/rod combination.
We offer small batch production to medium volume. (minimum order is 12 QTY for custom forgings or 4 QTY for Billets )
Billet pistons can be designed and produced for one off applications with short lead times and reasonable cost. The pistons are first modelled on our CAD CAM software which also generates toolpaths for one of our 5 axis Haas VMC to produce a semi finished piston all in one set up ensuring high levels of accuracy , they are then oval turned, pockets milled, balanced as sets and boxed ready for dispatch.
All our pistons and conrods are finished in house with raw material supplied by
the the market leaders using aerospace quality suppliers with full traceability,
each design undergoes in depth FEA (Finite Element Analysis) before any material
is cut, we use only the best quality fasteners on conrods supplied by ARP, Piston

Where ever possible the components are machined on fully cnc controlled machines ensuring accuracy, our dedicated piston cell only manufactures pistons we currently have the capacity to produce around 3,000 pistons a year and our pistons can be found in many different applications, in different parts of the world
Along with Forged and Billet Pistons and Conrods we also manufacture Steel and Titanium Valve Spring Retainers, Colsibro Valve Guides, Steel Lightweight Flywheels, Aluminium Cam Pulleys, Verniers, and Chilled Cast and Steel Billet Camshafts. Cam Buckets
